Our approach stems from the Adaptive Information Processing Model. We use principles and techniques from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Psychology.
Our work is rooted in helping our clients improve their psychological flexibility, build confidence in themselves, and harness the adaptive networks in their brains to maximize performance.
