Group and Team Training

enhancing performance as a unit

Each member of a team plays an integral role in its overall success. As a group, the team must have a cohesive flow and know how to maximize their potential as a unit. The benefit of working in a group is that you have a variety of individuals with different strengths, and when each member of the team is maximizing their unique abilities, the team can reach its full potential.

We work with teams to help them identify the areas where their performance could be improved, and provide them with resources to help them access their peak performance. We also teach group leaders tangible methods to help them empower and facilitate change.

Our approach is backed by research from the Adaptive Information Processing Model. We incorporate principles and techniques from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Psychology, Choice Theory, and Mental Toughness as the framework for our process.

The goal is to help teams create sustainable, consistent growth and success.
